Technically, our infrastructure is available to users worldwide. However, currently, we exclusively accept payments via PIX (Brazilian Instant Payment system). This means that, practically, the service is limited to clients who have access to the Brazilian banking system. We have plans to integrate international payment methods (such as Credit Cards and Cryptocurrencies) soon to expand global access.
Yes, HOSTORA allows the hosting of legal adult content, provided it involves exclusively consenting adults (18+). However, we enforce a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any illegal or non-consensual material, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), sexual exploitation, "revenge porn," or extreme violence. Any violation will result in immediate banning and reporting to competent authorities.
Occasionally, we provide coupons that add bonus balance to your account. Note that these coupons are a liberality of the platform and may be revoked or expired at HOSTORA's sole discretion if abuse is detected or the promotional campaign ends.
No. We follow strict copyright and acceptable use laws. It is strictly prohibited: cryptocurrency mining, phishing (fake pages), child pornography, SPAM sending, and malicious scripts/attacks. Accounts violating these rules will be banned without prior notice and without balance refund.
Our support is focused on infrastructure (ensuring the server, panel, and network are online). We offer unmanaged support for applications, meaning bug fixing, syntax errors, infinite loops, or website development is the sole responsibility of the client/developer.
No. Once the amount is added to your wallet on the platform, it becomes usage credit and is non-refundable. We recommend adding only the amount you intend to use for your projects.
Currently, we accept wallet balance additions exclusively via PIX (Brazilian Instant Payment). Compensation is automatic, and the balance becomes available instantly to create or maintain your applications.
We do not sell domain registrations. You must register your domain with a specialized registrar (like Namecheap, GoDaddy, or Google Domains) and point the DNS servers or configure the "A" Type record to the IP address provided in your HOSTORA instance.
No. HOSTORA offers a managed and shared PaaS (Platform as a Service) environment. You have full access to your site files, database, and configurations via our proprietary panel, but we do not provide root access to the operating system to ensure environment security and stability for all users.
Our servers are located in premium data centers in the USA and Canada, ensuring excellent global connectivity. We use the CloudLinux operating system combined with the LiteSpeed Enterprise web server, offering maximum performance, security, and stability for PHP applications, superior to common Apache or Nginx setups.
Yes! Our system is fully scalable. You can increase or decrease your hosting resources (vCPU and RAM) at any time through the control panel. The hourly billing rate will automatically adjust to the new plan at the moment of the switch.
Yes, but at a reduced rate. When you pause the application in the panel, we release CPU and RAM resources, but your files and database still occupy space in our storage. Therefore, we charge only 1/3 (one-third) of the original hourly rate to cover this disk reservation. To stop paying completely, you must delete the application.
The service is prepaid. If your wallet balance is insufficient to cover the next hour, your application will be paused immediately and go offline. If you do not add new credits within 30 consecutive days after the pause, the application and all data will be permanently deleted from the system, with no possibility of recovery.
At HOSTORA, you are not tied to monthly contracts or loyalty agreements. The plan price is fractionated by the hour and deducted from your wallet balance. If you create an application and use it for only 5 hours and then delete it, you will pay only for those 5 hours of usage. It is a "Pay-as-you-go" model.
